Make Your User-Entered Data Persist Across Widgets and Pages

New technique on axure that enable user entered data persist across widgets and pages Reusing a data can save a lot of time, especially for a UX Designer. How convenient it will be to store a user entered data and use it across widgets and pages while you prototype using Axure Rapid Prototyping. The axure blog by KIP MITCHELL gives a detailed example for using the variables to store and use the data.

The example used in the blog is a Pretend Banking application. When the user enters the username in the login page and click login, the page display the custom hello message. This is done using the set variable action function. To pass information from one page of the prototype to other pages in Axure RP, using variables seems to be the only way. Using the set variable value can help ux designers to speed up the prototyping by reusing the user entered data.
